chug chug chug...

Was leaving my aunt's house just now. So we headed to the car, and my dad started the engine. The engine went 'chugchugchug', then it went dead.. LOL!!

Luckily, my uncle havent drove off, so he drove the car towards us. Then out came this connector device, which was plugged to the battery units of both cars. So as my uncle hit the throttle, my dad tried to turn on the car. So his engine went 'ROARRrrrRRrrr', but our engine went like 'crikcrik crikcrik'. haha!

After about 15 mins of that, we gave up. The car was beyond imaginable hope. So well, it just meant that the tow truck will come and tow it tmr. Aren't i glad we stay nearby! haha..

And just on friday, roo and i managed to squeeze a day out. After like days of project, a day out was pretty much well spent. I totally bought all the stuff i need, which i thought was like.. great! haha..

We caught 'Monster vs Aliens' at Cathay. Cathay will henceforth be my preferred cinema. Kudos to saving 4 bucks with the student promotion, as compared to GV's list of restrictions.

Well, i actually think that there are too many restrictions to a promotion that it defeats the purpose of a promotion. oh well, at least Cathay's doing a great job.

Oh, and lunch at Manhattan's Fish Market. Call me a noobie for not being there ever since it opened in Singapore some time ago. They seem to like hiring foreign service staff, but they get the job done anyway, maybe even better. haha!

And there came a point of time where roo and i were observing people, scrutinizing their every detail from top to bottom and trying to determine if they're rich or not. haha!

R: eh, do you think that girl is rich? the one near you.

W: which one??

W: oh.. no eh. dont look rich, her complexion so bad.

R: i think she looks rich, u see her hair. Looks like cut by some hair stylist at some expensive salon.

W: oh ya ah.. true true!

Verdict: RICH GIRL
